Size of form overall: Type 10A-C forms: varied but about 100 × 195 mm;
Type 10D and 10E forms: about 128 × 204 mm.
The increase in size was due to the war restrictions on paper finally being removed.
Distinctive characteristics of this form:
  • centre line "Received..." ends with "message";
